Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alums Alexander Ronneburg and Yunhye Park (Both Cycle 33) won the Pipeline Foundation Arts Award for their musical TOMORROW BY THE SEA with Ronneburg winning for book, lyrics, and music and Park winning for book and lyrics. They will receive $17,000 toward the continuing development of the musical.
Over $100,000 is awarded to six new musicals by the Pipeline Foundation. Pipeline is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to moving musical theater forward, and provides vital support to early- and mid-career artists as they develop boundary-pushing work.
