Several Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alums were selected as finalists for Mass Opera's 'New Opera Now Workshop'.
Program alum Tony Asaro (Cycle 16) was selected alongside his collaborators Lydia Lim and Theo Popov for their new opera CITY OF SPECTRES.
Program alum Lara Barati (Cycle 25) and her collaborator Nick Benavides were selelected for their new opera CARAVANA DE MUJERES.
And Program alum Jessie Field (Cycle 29) and her collaborator Jared Field were selected for their new opera THE CHALLENGER.
