Thesis Student Ninna Pálmadóttir's "Paperboy" was selected to be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival's "Short Cuts: Share Her Journey Shorts" event. “Paperboy,” an Icelandic short, follows a small-town paper delivery boy who sees the world in a different light when he peeks through his neighbour’s window.
TIFF is presenting this collection of short films from what they have said to be “some of the world’s most exciting emerging female voices.” The short films come from a range of countries, including Switzerland, Canada, Australia and the UK.
The eight selected shorts will be screened at TIFF Bell Lightbox on Sunday, November 3rd.
