Grad Film Alum Nicole Kassell directed the pilot of HBO's upcoming series "Watchmen," premiering on the platform next month. The series, which is based on the DC Comics, is set in an alternate history where superheroes are treated as outlaws. Kassell also executive produced the pilot with Damon Lindelof, who wrote the first season’s episodes. Among the all-star cast are Regina King, Jeremy Irons, and Don Johnson.
HBO released an extended look of the series during this year’s Emmys, which can now be watched on YouTube. Stream "Watchmen" on October 20th at 9 pm.
