Through facilitated conversation and activities, we will explore how to create an inclusive experience, where feedback is effective, while acknowledging and respecting the diversity of individual identities and experiences. We will share strategies for providing constructive critique and techniques for remaining curious in our assessment of each other's work. Christina Salgado, Assistant Dean of Diversity and Monae Freeman, Diversity Program Administrator, will lead the 90-minute discussion.
