Abe Burrows Theater
Located on the first floor of the Tisch School’s anchor building, 721 Broadway, Tisch Drama’s Abe Burrows Theater is approximately 2,000 square feet. The black box venue has a maximum capacity of 137 and seats some 90 audience members depending on a production’s seating configuration. The Burrows has a full theatrical lighting grid and sound system and an enclosed raised control booth.
The Burrows’ recently renovated Dressing/Green Rooms are in the backstage area and include dressing tables with mirrors and lights. Front of house lobby space for the Burrows Theater is located in the main lobby of the building.
