The Hollywood Reporter, well known for its coverage of the film, television, and entertainment industries, consulted with educators and top industry executives to determine its annual ranking of the best drama schools in the world. Tisch Drama's inclusion in the list highlights its commitment to excellence in theatrical training and education.
The Hollywood Reporter’s acknowledgment emphasizes the commitment and dedication of faculty, staff, and students across Tisch Drama’s 10 professional training studios. The rigorous training has nurtured the growth of aspiring actors, directors, designers, and scholars. Also noted were NYU’s new John A. Paulson Center and the professional-level studios and performance spaces available to Tisch Drama students, including the Iris Cantor Theater.
