This month and next, audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival will enjoy an array of shows led by innovative female theater makers and performers. The lineup includes Tisch Drama alumna Brooklyn Boukather in the leading role of a grieving wife in ‘Strangewife.” The Scotsman newspaper called the production “a wicked blend of drama and bleak comedy,” that explores “the dark side of human relationships, love, and identity.”
