The Drama, Theater, and Performing Studies Working Group invites you to an open symposium about the future of our city, and the role of the performing arts and supporting infrastructures, as we move forward in the face of collective healing, remembrance, and transformation.

Join us for this interactive event that will feature recorded performances of scenes from plays in Tisch Drama's Archive of Voices. Over the summer, select student groups took to the task of creating these scenes from the works of diverse writers.

Join us this fall for a Shakespeare & Race symposium event, featuring Tisch Grad Acting Alum Caleen Sinnette Jennings, Professor Emerita of American University. Professor Jennings will provide a presentation on her career teaching and directing Shakespeare, followed by open discussion.
