Billy Griffin, Jr. is an actor, teacher, director and writer.  Since 2009 he has assisted Vicki Hart, Director of the Meisner Studio at NYU: Tisch, both in the classroom and as Assistant Director on the second and third year rehearsal projects.  As an actor, Billy has appeared on stage and screen both in New York and in London. Notable TV credits include Starz's Outlander, and the Emmy Award Winning episode of Charlie Brooker's Black Mirror: San Junipero.  Billy was also a 2011 Participant in the T.S. Eliot US/UK Exchange, sponsored by the Old Vic Theater in London. He holds a B.F.A. from NYU: Tisch where he studied at the Meisner and Classical Studios and the Experimental Theater Wing.
