"Margaret Hall (she/her/hers) is a musical theatre historian, theatre journalist, and culture writer. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama (Musical Theatre) from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, and her Masters in Musical Theatre History from New York University, Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Margaret is currently a staff writer for Playbill, with prior bylines for TheaterMania, Episodes, and others. She is also the youngest known nominator in the history of the Drama Desk Awards and a frequent producer at the New York cabaret club 54 Below. Her TedTalk, "How Do We Approach Aging Art", was selected as one of the top talks of 2022, and her debut biography, GEMIGNANI: Life and Lessons from Broadway and Beyond was published in May 2022. As a proudly autistic woman, she has dedicated a significant part of her life to uplift and outreach for the neurodivergent community, both within educational contexts and the theatrical community at large."
