Joshua P. Jackson

Josh P. Jackson (also known as Joshua) was raised in the vibrant and scintillating city of Miami, FL. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), with specification in Theatre (Acting) from Barry University. There he performed in multiple stage plays including (Flyin' West, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown-The Musical, Twelfth Night, Big Love, etc.) and has a directing credit within the One Act Play Festival (Naked Stage). Josh was immensely involved on campus and took on multiple roles such as, student ambassador (admissions), alumni representative (phonathon) and resident assistant (housing). While completing the latter half of his undergraduate tenure, Josh took on the role of an Academic Advisor, Student Services Representative and Career Services Advisor/Job Developer at Sullivan & Cogliano Training Centers, Miami, Fl. After completion, Josh studied under veteran actress Diane Baker (Silence of the Lambs, Diary of Anne Frank, The Cable Guy) and attended The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA for his Masters in Arts (MA)- Acting (Motion Pictures & Television). Within SF, Josh studied intensely with Laura Henry (Laura Henry Acting Studio) via Meisner Technique and shadowed notable casting director Sarah Kliban (Milk, Blue Jasmine, Steve Jobs, Thirteen Reasons Why, etc.). Josh went on to serve as a Resident Hall Director within the Department of Housing and Residence Life (AAU) per Campus Living Villages. In addition to his love for higher education and drama therapy, Joshua has a passion for jazz, live bands, poetry, Latin dance, improvisation, open mic's and being a food connoisseur.
