YoungArts in Partnership with DPI Presents "Home Reimagining Interiority" an exhibition in the lobby of 721 Broadway.

The exhibition is based on the book of the same name—a stunning collection of stoic portraits and intimate ephemera from the lives of Black Civil War Soldiers.

Through digital paintings, material culture, photography and curated mixtapes these artists will open a portal to their intimate exploration of the self and its ultimate impact in the collective imagination. On display through December 5, 2022.

The Department of Photography & Imaging presents a survey of work from faculty and staff spanning four decades and encompassing the varied nature of contemporary photographic practice. Curated by Editha Mesina. On view from October 11, 2022 - January 9, 2023.

NYU's ITP/IMA (Interactive Telecommunications Program and Interactive Media Arts) are offering four Professional Development sessions this Fall 2022 semester, specifically for high school teachers to complete towards their annual requirement.

The Moving Image Archiving and Preservation (MIAP) Master of Arts program will host virtual information sessions for prospective students on Friday, October 14 at 9:00am EST and Tuesday, October 25 at 11:00am EST.

Please join NYU faculty members Terry Curtis Fox and Suketu Mehta, co-founders of the Narrative Working Group at the NYU Institute for Public Knowledge, who will lead a discussion focusing on the ethics around the power, use, and abuse of narrative in print, broadcast media and beyond.

Between the hours of 11am - 1pm, we will be offering light refreshments, an opportunity to meet the staff, and have a chance to learn more about & explore recent programming developed by the Office of Diversity for the Tisch community.
