A Lunchtime Workshop Series with Dr. Marta Moreno Vega, President and Founder Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute, Adjunct Professor Department of Art & Public Policy, NYU Tisch School of the Arts. These talks will engage students in the participatory process of defining voice and developing a creative public project addressing the public discourse of now.

Artist and producer Zackary Drucker discusses the work of her mentor and friend, Jack Doroshow a.k.a. Flawless Sabrina, who passed away in 2017, and who left an incredible legacy of cultural, political, and artistic action. Flawless Sabrina influenced generations of artists in New York and beyond, including Drucker, whose own contemporary work in performance and media has been concerned with queer and trans genealogies.

The purpose of this monthly event is to promote collaboration and community within Tisch alumni community.

Over the past 7 years, Zach Barth’s studio Zachtronics has released a series of strange and wonderful games. SpaceChem, InfiniFactory, Shenzhen I/O, and 2017’s Opus Magnum, as a body of work there is perhaps no better expression of the beauty of problem-solving and the complex aesthetics of engineering and automation. Join us for a conversation with Zach about his work, his ideas, and his creative process.
