Kelly Needleman co-hosted a special NYU screening of Billy Knight starring Al Pacino with writer/director Alec Roth on November 14. The film marks Alec Roth’s directorial debut and follows a personal, quietly powerful story about art, legacy, and finding your way.

The screening and panel were in association with the Tisch Graduate Student Organization. Kelly partnered closely with Alec and the producing team to bring the premiere to NYU Tisch.
More than 200 students, faculty, and alumni attended the screening at the Cantor Film Center to celebrate new voices in independent film. Kelly also helped organize a post-screening conversation with Alec, one of the producers, and an actress from the film.
