Isolde Brielmaier PhD., Assistant Professor of Critical Studies in the Tisch Department of Photography & Imaging, has joined the Board of Trustees at the New Museum.
Alongside Dr. Brielmaier, V-A-C Foundation project manager Victoria Mikhelson and collector Michael Xufu Huang have also joined the Museum's board.
The board's expansion comes as the New Museum prepares to expand its facility on the Bowery.
Dr. Brielmaier was recently appointed Curator at Large at Skidmore College's Tang Teaching Museum.
