DPI Chair Deb Willis' Exhibition Opens at SNAP! Orlando

The traveling photography exhibition Posing Beauty in African American Culture, curated by DPI Chair Dr. Deb Willis, is currently on view at the Snap! Space in Orlando, Florida through Saturday, February 4, 2017. It features photographs of African American bodies and lifestyles from 1890 to the present by prominent photographers such as Charles "Teenie" Harris, Gordon Parks, and Carrie Mae Weems.

Dr. Willis will give a lecture on Saturday, February 4 at 6:00pm at the Suntrust Auditorium at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. The exhibition and lecture is free to the public.
