THROUGH THE SUNKEN LANDS, with music and co-lyrics by Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum and adjunct faculty Avi Amon (Cycle 22), will have its world premiere production at the Familly Theater at the Kennedy Center March 2-17.
First commissioned and released by the Kennedy Center as a radio play as part of WTYA Presents in 2021, the world premiere musical has script and lyrics by Tim J. Lord, music and co-lyricis by Avi Amon, direction by Cara Phipps, movement direction by Ronya-Lee Anderson, and music direction by Angie Benson.
