Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum Andy Li and Jill Ohayon (both Cycle 33) presented their musical THE GARDEN BRIDGE at the SheNYC Arts Summer Theater Festival in July 2025.
With book and Lyrics by Ohayon and music by Li, THE GARDEN BRIDGE follows two families during WWII - a Chinese family in Japanese-occupied Shanghai and a Jewish family from Vienna that moves in next door, and the relationship they develop.
