Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program Alum Michael Cooper (Cycle 13) has served as the composer for a new musical cabaret adventure, THE DUCHESS CARPATHIA BOUFFRAY ALTERNATIVE FAQs, in which The Duchess Carpathia Bouffray recounts her fall from royalty and circumstances of her current quarantine in the bathroom of a Las Vegas hotel, all while trying to answer FAQs about her immigrant, political, and sexual status, as she awaits the outcome of a coup in her home country of Kaftanada. Written and directed by The Duchess Carpathia Bouffray, the cabaret act features original songs written and performed by Anton Dudley with music by Cooper.
