Several alums from The Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program were featured in the 47th annual Samuel French Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival and one alum was one of six finalists to be published.
Amongst the 30 playwrights represented in the festival, Program alums Clare Fukyuko Bierman (Cycle 30), Jessie Field (Cycle 29), and Marcus Scott (Cycle 22) had their new plays featured.
Field was also named one of six finalists for her short play TOO MUCH LESBIAN DRAMA: ONE STAR which will go on to be published and licensed by the Concord Theatricals, which produced and presented the festival.
