Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program Adjunct Faculty and Alum Deborah Brevoort (Cycle 6) premiered BLUE MOON OVER MEMPHIS, a Noh Drama about Elvis Presley, at the Okuma Auditorium in Tokyo, Japan, and at the Kongo Noh Theatre in Kyoto Japan in July 2024.
It was produced by Theatre Nohgaku of Tokyo as part of the Yanai Initiative for Globalizing Japanese Humanities, who also published the play in Japanese.
