Alum Nisha Ganatra is returning to And Just Like That to direct episodes of the second season, which HBO Max recently renewed.
And Just Like That, the new chapter of the groundbreaking HBO Original series Sex and the City, follows “Carrie” (Sarah Jessica Parker), “Miranda” (Cynthia Nixon) and “Charlotte” (Kristin Davis) as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s. USA TODAY praised it as "sharp" and "vibrant," while IndieWire hailed it a "whirlwind of haute couture, budding romance and fervent friendship" and The Chicago Sun Times highlighted its "excellent performances."
Ganatra directed the last two episodes of the season, “No Strings Attached” and the finale “Seeing the Light”. Ganatra will direct alongside executive producer Michael Patrick King, Gillian Robespierre, and Cynthia Nixon.
