Alum Jessica Sharzer has signed on to write episodes of Amazing Stories, Apple TV’s reboot of the Emmy-winning anthology.
Amazing Stories originally ran on NBC for two seasons in the mid-'80s. Each episode told a story that ranged from endearing to frightening, connected by the theme of “transporting everyday characters into world of wonder, possibility and imagination”.
The reboot will be executive produced by Steven Spielberg, who co-created the original series.
The first episode drops Friday, March 6th.
