Chair's Discussion Series: Woman, Life, Freedom
Please join DDW Chair, Joe Vinciguerra, in a conversation and Q&A with Dramatic Writing adjunct faculty members Saba Riazi and Shadi Ghaheri about the recent protest movement that has spread across the globe, as women are leading the fight for human rights in Iran.
The conversation will follow a screening of Saba's award winning short film The Wind is Blowing on My Street (2011), about a young woman in Tehran who accidentally gets left on the street with no head scarf and the troubles that follow.
