Assistant Arts Professor Jeanette Oi-Suk Yew has been nominated for "Outstanding Lighting Design" in the Colorado Theatre Guild's 2018-19 Henry Awards for her work in Vietgone at Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
The annual Henry Awards—named for longtime Colorado theatre producer Henry Lowenstein—celebrate the state's theatre community and are selected through a process involving more than 100 judges statewide.
Yew, who heads lighting design training in Tisch Drama's Production & Design Studio, will be honored at a gala event on July 22 at the Lone Tree Arts Center in Lone Tree, Colo., where winners will be announced.
