Womxn In Theatre: Reputation & Resistance

Womxn in Theatre

For the emerging artist, perception and reputation are undeniable career components that underscore the collective work toward an inclusive industry. In this next important installment of Tisch Drama’s Womxn in Theatre series, our panel explores the ramifications of perception and how they correlate to acts of self-advocacy in a reputation-based industry. Our conversation is moderated by Lauren Whitehead and features panelists Eden Espinosa, Tiffany Rachelle-Stewart, Jeanette Oi Yew and the Broadway Advocacy Coalition’s Susan Sturm. This Womxn in Theatre event deepens a conversation began through a Community Call-In led by the Drama Student Council in fall 2020. Join us for a not-to-be-missed event that engages femme-identifying artists and advocates in illuminating and revealing discussion. This event is co-produced by the Office of the Associate Chair and the Chair of the Drama Student Council.
