Andromache Chalfant '02 - Set Design

Andromache Chalfant '02 is a set designer for theater and opera based in New York City. She earned her master's in set design from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Department of Design for Stage & Film, where she is also a visiting arts professor. Recent New York credits include The Purple Lights of Joppa Illinois by Adam Rapp at the Atlantic Theater; Rimbaud in New York, written and directed by Steve Cosson at the BAM Fisher space; Brownsville Song (B Side for Tray) and A Kid Like Jake at Lincoln Center Theatre; in addition to others, and regional credits. 

Jane Cox '98 - Lighting Design

Jane Cox '98 is a lighting designer for theater, music, and dance. She earned her master's in set design from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Department of Design for Stage & Film. Recent designs on Broadway include JitneyThe Color Purple, Machinal, All the Way and Amelie, in addition to designs this season: True West and King Lear. Ms. Cox has been nominated for Lortel, Drama Desk, and two Tony awards, and was awarded the Morley Design Award by LPTW in 2016, and the Hewes Design Award in 2014. She is a 20-year company member of the Monica Bill Barnes Dance Company and has a long standing relationship with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Classic Stage Company. In 2016, she became the director of the theater program at Princeton University.

Diane DiVita - Stage Management

Diane DiVita is a production stage manager and lecturer at Yale School of Drama. Recent Broadway credits include CarouselThree Tall WomenEclipsed, directed by Liesl Tommy, Our Mother’s Brief Affair with Linda Lavin, Airline Highway, directed by Joe Mantello, The Elephant Man with Bradley Cooper, Hamlet with Jude Law, ImpressionismThe Coast of Utopia,Drowning Crow, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, King Hedley IIThe Sound of MusicDream, and others. Off-Broadway credits include The Paris Letter, directed by Doug Hughes, Moonlight and Magnolias, directed by Lynne Meadow, Last EasterThunder Knocking on the DoorLast YankeePretty FireArabian Nights, and Lynne Meadow’s production of Nine Armenians, and more. Additional work includes two seasons at Westport Country Playhouse. 

Toni-Leslie James - Costume Design

Toni-Leslie James' work has been seen on Broadway in Angels in America: Millennium Approaches and PerestroikaTwilight: Los Angeles1992Jelly’s Last Jam (American Theatre Wing Award, Drama-Logue Award, Tony and Drama Desk nominations) and Chronicle of a Death Foretold. At NYSF: Dog OperaEast Texas Hot LinksMeasure for MeasureSpunkCaucasian Chalk Circle (Drama Desk and American Theatre Wing nominations), and Hello Again for Lincoln Center Theater. She has also designed for Circle Rep., Houston Grand Opera, Berkeley Rep., Alvin Ailey and WNET’s “Great Perfomances” among others.

Joanna Staub - Sound Design

Joanna Staub is a New York City-based sound designer and audio engineer. Her work has been seen throughout the U.S., at the Alliance Theatre, Ensemble Studio Theatre, 5th Avenue Theatre, the Goodman Theatre, Kansas City Rep, La Jolla Playhouse, the Nashville Children’s Theatre, New York Musical Theatre Festival, New York Theatre Workshop, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Public Theatre, Tuachan Center for the Arts, and WP Theatre.

Rachel A. Zucker - Stage Management

Rachel A. Zucker is a New York City based Stage Manager. Her select credits include: Broadway: The Prom, Pretty Woman, Farinelli and the King, Indecent. Off-Broadway: Othello, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Troilus and Cressida, Cymbeline (The Public Theater - Shakespeare in the Park); Tiny Beautiful Things, Twelfth NightPlentySouthern ComfortGroundedUnder the Radar Festival 2017 (The Public Theater); Lazarus (New York Theater Workshop). Regional: Resident ASM at Studio Theater and Roundhouse Theater in Washington, D.C. MFA Stage Management, Columbia University, where she began the “Standing in the Dark” podcast series, a series of podcasts interviewing the lives and legacies of Stage Managers all throughout the USA. This project is now a co-collaboration with the Stage Manager’s Association of America.
