NYU LGBTQ+ Center — Claiming Our Future: Trans Day of Visibility Roundtable

Claiming our future: Trans Day of Visibility Roundtable

The LGBTQ+ Center invites you to a community conversation led by transgender and non-binary leaders from across the country, featuring Mariah Moore, Director of Policy and Programs at the Transgender Law Center and co-founder of House of Tulip, Oluchi Omeoga, co-founder and Organizing Director of the Black LGBTQIA+ Migrant Project, and Chris Mosier, trailblazing athlete, coach, and founder of TransAthlete.com. Together, we’ll discuss visibility, the current state of the movement, how to protect trans and non-binary communities, and hopes for the future. This event is free and open to all NYU students inclusive of all sex, gender, and sexual orientation identities.

This event is co-sponsored by NYU T-Party, the NYU Center for the Study of Gender and Sexuality, and the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at NYU School of Law.
