Patrick Horn

Patrick T. Horn (Physical Acting: Character Mask) has been working in the field of Mask and Physical Theater since receiving his M.F.A. from the New School for Drama in 2015 and was appointed to Movement Department Chair at Circle in the Square Theatre School in 2022. Expanding off the work of the immeasurable Shelley Wyant and her studies on Francois Delsarte and Jacques Lecoq, he has focused on incorporating several aspects of the Physical Theater world (Grotowski, Viewpoints, etc.) with the principles of Activated Analysis to create a program fostering Mask as a wholly practical tool for the actor. This integration and awakening of the physical form as a complete mode of expression culminates in his unique addition to the field in the creation of the Embodied Mask.
