Mega Grants Incubator Cohorts

Mega Grants Incubator (MGI) helps Tisch faculty develop ambitious research ideas into competitive proposals for large-scale external funding.

This biennial program supports Tisch School of the Arts faculty at every stage of ideation—from nascent concepts to fully-formed proposals—with seed funding and two years of bespoke support. Participants join a select cohort of peers working to develop competitive proposals for substantial external grants of $100,000 to $1M or more.

MGI cohorts represent the breadth of scholarship and creative research at Tisch, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration that strengthens both individual projects and our collective capacity for innovation. Their work advances the school's mission to generate transformative research with lasting impact in the arts and beyond.
