In our photography department, The Hub isn’t just a room full of gear—it’s a lively community space. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles and engaging conversations, thanks in large part to our amazing senior and TA, Tamara Tesfai and Somalia Bryant.

They have a gift for making everyone feel welcome, drawing students into discussions about classes and photography techniques. It’s common to find groups gathered around, sharing ideas and giving feedback, turning The Hub into a melting pot of creativity.

I love being part of these spontaneous chats, where laughter and inspiration flow freely. Tamara and Somalia fosters an environment that encourages us to learn from one another, making The Hub a true haven for budding photographers.
