Dr. Deborah Willis, chair of the Department of Photography & Imaging at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, was the curator for Artpace San Antonio's 2019 International Artists-in-Residence exhibition. The exhibiiton features work by the three current residents, Jennifer Ling Datchuk (San Antonio), Sama Alshaibi (Tucson) and Roshini Kempadoo (London), selected by Dr. Willis. All three artists present multifaceted projects that explore race, identity, cultural stereotypes and the representation of women.
