Bio
Jacqueline Milburn is a director, performer, stage manager and writer. Her background has a focus on theatre, aiming to unite an audience by embracing a single shared experience. During her time in undergrad, she wrote and performed a movement-based one act, Anchor. She is interested in feminist perspectives, experimental theatre, movement, and the conscious and subconscious thought. Jacqueline received her B.A. from Pepperdine University.
Why Performance Studies?
Performance Studies will allow me to explore my interests both in and out of theatre and challenge me to approach them in a new way. I believe that the performative arts have a deep, vital role and relationship with society and am excited to learn more about what that entails.
