Tangible Nostalgia: The Corporeal Property of Memory and Its Use in the Creative Process
Description of Capstone Project
Tangible Nostalgia is a personal archive, consisting of images, videos, sound files, notes, sketches, and things of the like, that addresses the relationship between memory, capture, and notation to elicit nostalgia and provide a personal database for creative or everyday use. Giving significance to the mundane features that life carries the personal archive can help guide us to an appreciation and understanding of what our lives and experiences have to offer.
