Title of Capstone Project

Who am I? Listen and the music will inform us both.

Description of Capstone Project

Music has always been used to learn more about myself from what is happening mentally to simply how I am feeling on that day.  As I started to grow more into the singer-songwriter that I now am, I noticed that my music started to express who I truly am.  The version of myself I kept hidden from most people shined through with no problem once I wrote my lyrics. There is so much more than lyrics and melodies.  My project takes you through the entire process of songwriting.  Aesthetics, recording and writing practices and styles, the mental aspect, and reactions of the finished product.  I discover myself through the creation of my music. A new identity is found, and I explore that with you.  When people ask who I am, I realized I should just turn to my music from now on because my song express myself better than I can.
