The Benaki Museum, in collaboration with the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design & Space and deviant GaZe, presents the exhibition [OUT] TOP/AS at Pireos St Annexe. The exhibition will be inaugurated on Monday, September 19th, 2016 and will be on view until November 20th.
Paris Legakis (MA '15) will present three of his video works and present the workshop, "On Effectiveness: political art & activism".
The exhibition presents videos, video installations, interactive installations, audio walks and maquettes of individual and group projects, most of them created in Greece over the last years, which display a new, expanded perception of the performative dimension of spatiality. These projects attempt a novel approach of outdoor, public space, focusing on the idea that any space is a potential performance space.
