Natalie Serrano

Natalie Serrano was born and raised in Miami, Florida and she is really excited to be living in New York City. She is a trained violinist with 15 years of performance experiences and passion for music and the arts. Besides being a musician, Natalie has had to pleasure of working on various film sets as a production assistant, along with editorial experience for Miami Dade College’s award-winning Miambiance Magazine, which featured local artists. Her academic research has involved women in the workforce with a special interest on performance affecting social change.

Natalie is also interested in the relationship between performance and the education system, child performers/prodigy’s and developing strategies for social change relating to performing arts programs for women, students and minorities.
