To Paint the Earth, by Daniel F. Levin and Jonathan Portera (both Cycle 11)
GMTWP Alums Daniel F. Levin & Jonathan Portera (both Cycle 11) will receive a staged reading of their musical TO PAINT THE EARTH in Southwark, London in late September. The show was selected to be featured in Aria Entertainment’s thriving festival of new musical theatre, From Page To Stage.
Returning for its 6th year, From Page To Stage will be showcasing 7 new works in various stages of development.
Described as a "remarkable acheivement" by esteemed lyricist Sheldon Harnick, TO PAINT THE EARTH is the Richard Rodgers Award-winning musical that tells the story of the life of the Jewish Underground in the Warsaw Ghetto during WWII.
The reading is slated for Sept. 25th at 8 PM at Southwark Playhouse, 77-85 Newington Causeway, London, SE1 6BD.
