Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum Will Aronson (Cycle 16) received the ASCAP Foundaton Richard Rodgers New Horizons Award with writing partner Hue Park.
The award, which includes a $10,000 cash prize, is given to "promising composers of musical theatre who have made a significant contribution to American music culture." Aronson and Park wrote the Tony-winning musical Maybe Happy Ending.
