Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum presented a staged reading of the new musical ROJA at the TheatreWorks Silicon Valley New Work Festival August 9, 13, and 16, 2026.
ROJA, by Jaime Lozano (Cycle 18) & Tommy Newman (Cycle 15), is a twist on Red Riding Hood set during the Mexican Revolution, and told using Mexican folk music and Mestizo folklore.
