Rebecca Hart (Cycle 27) and The Wrong Band
Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum Rebecca Hart (Cycle 27) and her band "Rebecca Hart & The Wrong Band" will present her "All Hallow's Eve Eve Eve Eve" show at NYC's Cutting Room on October 28th.
Bringing her “impressively well-textured voice” (Time Out) and “infectious stage presence” (BAMCafeLive) back to the Cutting Room for the October 28 - or, “Hallow’s Eve Eve Eve Eve” - show, Hart will be backed as always by The Wrong Band’s eclectic instrumentation (from fiddle & guitar to trumpet and spacey laptop noise), they remain a stellar alt-folk act always on the verge of sliding into rock & roll. Hart’s other life as an actor/writer informs her intimate live shows, which combine dry humor and storytelling with her moody, lyric-driven songs.
Performing in the band will also be Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alums Danny Ursetti (Cycle 26) and David Kornfeld (Cycle 27).
