Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum Michael Wartofsky (Cycle 7)

Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum Michael Wartofsky (cycle 7) will present an evening of his songs in "I'd Do It All Again: Michael Wartofksy and Friends" as part of Josephine's Composer Showcase in early March, 2023. The evening will take place in the Napoleon Room at the Club Cafe in Boston on Tuesday, March 7th.

The event will include original songs about making choices, believing in yourself, and loving courageously. Professor of Songwriting at Berklee, Wartofsky will interweave selections from his album “All the Possibilities: Broadway Sings Wartofsky,” his recent musicals LATE (Moonbox Productions’ Boston New Works Festival) and Cupcake (GBA Productions, Club Café), plus brand new fare including co-writes with special guests Susan Cattaneo (Boston Music Awards nominee) and Joelle Lurie (Sister Act, Lyric Stage). Other featured guests will include Brevan Collins (LATE), Sheree Dunwell (Ain’t Misbehavin’, Central Square Theater), Rose Koo (LATE), Isa Peña (American Idol Season 18), and Vanessa Schukis (Boston’s Nunsense).
