Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program Alum and Adjunct Professor Donna Di Novelli (Cycle 7)
Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program alum and adjunct faculty member Donna Di Novelli (cycle 7) recieved a prestigious The New York Foundation of the Arts (NYFA) grant for her short film WHEN LAST SEEN.
The grant was part of a partnership between New York City's Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) and NYFA, which awarded $2 million to 96 projects through the NYC Women’s Fund for Media, Music and Theatre. This groundbreaking initiative, which aims to address the underrepresentation of women in film and digital media, music, and theatre, has provided a total of $7.5 million to 342 projects (89 in 2022, 94 in 2020 and 63 in 2019).
