GMTWP Alumni Jonathan Fadner (cycle 24) and Kimbirdlee Fadner are presenting a developmental workshop of "The Monkey King: A Modern Musical" with the National Asian Artists Project. The show will be presented at the Actors Temple Theatre.
This exciting piece offers a playful twist on the ancient Chinese folktale by reimagining the title character as a woman and follows her in her journey to save her beloved Monkey Tribe. The reading is directed by NAAP co-founder Steven Eng and features an ensemble cast of 10 performers.
