Student Kevin Wilson Jr. and alumna Jean Pesce both have films on the BAFTA Student Film Awards Shortlist. Wilson's second year film which was previously nominated for an Academy Award, My Nephew Emmett, made the list as did Pesce's thesis film, So You Like the Neighborhood. Both films are in the Live Action category.
These two films are part of 60 films that were selected out of over 460 submissions from 35 countries. The Gala ceremony will take place on Friday, June 29 in Los Angeles.
