Tisch at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival
Thank you to those who joined us for TISCH ON MAIN at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival!
NYU Tisch School of the Arts was thrilled to return to the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. For over 30 years, NYU Tisch has celebrated its extraordinary community of alumni, students, and faculty at the Festival. The school is proud to continue its support of independent and creative storytelling during the Festival as an Institute Associate.
This year, 99 alumni worked on projects in the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. Half of the feature films in the U.S. Dramatic Competition and three of the 10 films in the U.S. Documentary Competition were written, directed, and/or produced by Tisch alumni! In addition, 5 of the 8 films in the 40th Edition Celebration Screenings & Events have a Tisch affiliation. See our alumni affiliations here.
Overall, our community worked on 32% of projects in the Festival. Congratulations to all alumni, students, and faculty with an affiliated project!
The Tisch Office of Alumni Relations was thrilled to return to Park City for TISCH ON MAIN from Friday, January 19 to Sunday, January 21. Below see award winners, photos from the weekend, and recordings of our fireside chats.
