Tisch West: Q&A with Steven White and Hank Jones

Tisch West invites you to a special Q&A conversation with Steven White and Hank Jones for a master class in script coordinating and being a writer’s assistant.

For years Steven White (Staff writer and Co-Producer on "Black-ish") has taught bi-annual intensive, one-day courses on how to stand out as a Writer’s Assistant and as a Script Coordinator. This event will offer the opportunity to experience a condensed version of Steven’s course along with the chance for a Q&A afterward about his experiences moving up the ranks in numerous writer’s rooms.

Hank Jones is a graduate of Steven’s course and was recently brought on as a staff writer for the new Netflix series Family Reunion. Hank will offer insight as both a course graduate as well as someone who has themselves worked their way up through numerous writer’s rooms.

Sam Goss, a graduate of both of Steven’s intensive courses will serve as panel host.

Doors open at 7:30pm, event will begin promptly at 8pm
