Tisch Alumni- Join Liberal Studies for A Conversation with Tony Kushner

The Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and TSOA alum will discuss the influence of political and social issues on his groundbreaking work.

Kushner, the writer behind Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes and the films Munich and Lincoln, has also received an Emmy Award, two Tony Awards, and the National Medal of Arts. The New York Times says, "some playwrights want to change the world. Some want to revolutionize theater. Tony Kushner is that rarity of rarities: a writer who has the promise to do both."
