The 79th Annual Tony Award winners were announced on Sunday June 7, 2026 at Radio City Music Hall, recognizing excellence in live Broadway theatre. The 2025/2026 eligibility season ran from April 28, 2025 through April 26, 2026.
This year, alumna Qween Jean '16 (MFA, Design for Stage & Film) made history as the first openly trans person to win a Tony Award for her costume design work on Cats: The Jellicle Ball.
